What is it about

A large volume of information is produced during humanitarian emergencies. This information flow must be absorbed by the coordination platform, and presented to the WASH partners in a digestible way so it can be used to improve their response. Coordination work is based on high level of communication between actors and partners, and must be supported by the right IM staff, tools and protocols. In this section, IM teams will find useful tools and templates that can be used throughout emergency responses. They include a WASH IM Framework and Workplan, business cards, design items such as a style guide, logos, icons for both design of publications and for GIS, tools for administration such as those to maintain contact lists, attendances at meetings, compiling minutes, document and presentation templates.
