Analyse funding data and address any gap through advocacy
The WASH Coordination coordination platform uses the funds tracking data collected to detect identify possible gaps. Gaps can be related to insufficient funding level, or funds not being prioritized as per the WASH Operational plan. The coordination platform will prepare prepares narrative and visual reports analysis the analyzing the funding situation and comparing it with other sector or countries or cluster. (see the tool 2015 GWC Global HRP Funding Update for an example of such reports. See the section Gap analysis & visualization for more info on infographics). The WASH Cluster/sector coordinator will use this these reports to contact and meet relevant donors to address the issues.
